John is very selective about the clients he chooses to work with. He believes that each client has their own unique situation, specific needs, and timelines that require focused support. With his problem-solving skills, wide range of experiences, and extensive professional network, he has helped business owners and buyers achieve their growth, exit, and acquisition goals for over 30 years. The companies he typically works with have sales ranging from under $1 million to more than $10 million.

After his time in the military and earning his engineering degree, he held various engineering, manufacturing, management and executive positions within startup, private and public companies.

John is married and lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains. He enjoys learning, spending time with his family and relaxing outdoors, near an ocean or river.
