Experienced in Small Business Sales, Acquisitions and Valuations in Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties. Sylvia Reyes is a lifelong resident of both Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties. Born and raised in the Central Coast region she has been deeply involved in local communities and enjoyed volunteering her time with non-profit organizations, local schools and helping the undeserved in other capacities as well. Sylvia is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and California Secretary of State Notary Public. She understands the challenges many business owners face daily as a result of her experience managing employees as owner of an Agribusiness, serving as Executive Director for two California Associations and working in Human Relations for several large farming companies. Sylvia works for Coast Business Brokerage, Small Business Sales, Acquisitions and Valuations firm with twenty successful years helping people buy and sell businesses in Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito Counties. She is also experienced as a Business Consultant and has assisted many buyers and sellers untangle complexities involved in transitions.
Sylvia has sold upscale restaurants, cafés, beauty salons, convenience stores, yoga studios and other businesses during her time with Coast Business Brokerage. She has built strong relationships with local Small Business Administration (SBA) lenders and understands what is needed to make acquisitions and transactions successful. She recently acquired a small coffee shop in Aptos, CA where she enjoys a cup of fresh espresso drinks in the morning.
